Responsibilities

  • Implement personalised care and education plans and follow EHCPs effectively so that the needs of the pupil are met.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages independence and personal growth, so that the pupil has the best possible support in reaching their full potential.
  • Utilise effective communication strategies (both verbal and non-verbal) to build rapport and trust with the student.
