Responsibilities

  • Reducing the time it takes for our projects to get delivered, including supporting partners and internal teams with all aspects of their deliverables
  • Overseeing the implementation of new and existing partner deliveries, both API integrated and off-the-shelf solutions. Working directly with internal/ external project managers and software engineers to successfully deliver solutions
  • Providing best practice delivery advice for our partners
  • Presenting collateral, detailing integration options, and articulating different technical integrations and merchant journeys to potential, new, and existing partners
  • Working with partners to solve technical challenges in current processes including answering technical questions raised by partners
  • Ensuring that for each delivery, all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities and are aligned on required timelines
  • Supporting YouLend teams when scoping/ encouraging further implementation work
  • Identifying areas for improvement in existing technologies and processes, and designing and implementing improvements
