Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and interviews
  • Co-ordinate the onboarding and induction for new partners into the firm
  • Carry out pre-joining checks for partners, such as DBS, references and medical
  • Update the intranet as required
  • Create and update HR records for new and existing partners on our HR system
  • Support the recruitment manager through the recruitment process
  • Support the preparation of paperwork for the board in relation to the recruitment, promotion and remuneration of partners
  • Carry out research into candidates and markets for recruitment purposes
  • Support the leaving process for partners
  • You will also be expected to support the team on new projects and initiatives from time to time
