Responsibilities

  • Build trusted creator relationships: Every day you’ll work with a small portfolio of our largest creators and earn their trust that the Patreon platform and team is essential to unlocking the earnings and connection with their fan base that allows their creative business to flourish.
  • Drive earnings and product adoption: Across your portfolio, accelerate each creator’s growth trajectory by coaching them on how best to use product features, as well as increase traffic to their Patreon page, improve fan-to-member conversion rates, and maximize long-term retention of existing members.
  • Level up creators’ product mastery: Coach creator teams on how to use the Patreon platform, new product launches, and third-party integrations to achieve their membership goals.
  • Partner with Product: Along with your fellow Partner Managers, you’ll be embedded in a few product pods, ensuring that your creators’ voices are heard.
  • Creatively execute on cross-functional solutions: Work with creators in your portfolio to address their unique business-critical needs and goals through motions like enrolling in product testing with Product Marketing, setting up feedback sessions with Product, working with Data Science on additional data reports and more.
  • Partner on marketing opportunities: Coordinate with cross-functional Patreon teams to showcase your creators in promotional, event, and press opportunities that are mutually beneficial to the creator and Patreon.
  • Inspire evangelism for Patreon: Translate the investment we make into strategic creators into the strength of their advocacy for Patreon, driving more fan and creator interest in the platform.
