Requirements

  • Strong experience within Financial Services including Enterprise SaaS driving partner revenue and growth whether in sales, business development or partnerships.
  • Understanding and history of working with the buy side and its eco system will be especially valuable
  • You will have exceptional communications, and interpersonal skills with a mature executive presence along with a creative spirit.
  • Proven ability to build mutually beneficial networks
  • Diligent at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks and coming up with appropriate resolutions

  • Strong capabilities in building and executing channel strategies by segment and geography, creating and presenting pipeline & revenue plans, setting milestones, measuring performance and being accountable for results to executive management

Responsibilities

  • Working as part of the team you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the eco system of consultants, influencers and indirect channels – FINBOURNE’s Partners
  • Execute strategy and business plans for FINBOURNE’s Partners by segment and geographythat includes compelling joint value propositions, clearly defined go-to-market initiatives with key alliance sponsors
  • Contribute to the revenue growth and sales pipeline via these indirect sales channels
  • Work with the sales team to drive an increased win rate as a result of improved Partner relationships
  • Work with partners to ensure that their communications and joint programs/initiatives build FINBOURNE’s visibility and global presence
  • Represent FINBOURNE at external events as required
  • Accountabilities: Accountable for performance against KPIs. Accountable for reporting against KPIs
  • KPIs: Number of New Prospects introduced by 3rd parties. Number of New Sales Qualified Leads
