Responsibilities

  • Check and confirm quality requirements for each customer order and ensures that purchase orders / contracts with suppliers contain correct quality requirements
  • Coordinate with engineering to ensure all manufacturing technical documents are timely issued to the suppliers and timely clarifies / coordinate the clarifications of all quality parts quality issues which arise during manufacturing
  • Close or coordinate the closing of all parts related NCRs and Compiles Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) for all parts projects
  • Leads / participates in all parts related RCAs (PSRs, 8Ds,etc)
  • Coordinate the compilation of End of Manufacturing Reports (EOMRs) with Supplier Quality Engineers and ensure timely submission of the final End of Manufacturing Reports (EOMRs) to the customer in accordance with the LTSA contract
  • Creation and or approval of parts ITPLs (Inspection and Test Plans) and review of existing ITPLs (Inspection and Test Plans) for alignment with the LTSA contract requirements
  • Review and consolidate End of Manufacturing Reports (EOMRs) for alignment with the LTSA contract requirements
  • Identify and review of parts Quality Levels as per LTSA contract requirements
  • Review the requirements for 3.1 and 3.2 Certifications
