What is the role of the Patient Pathway Administrator?
The Patient Pathway Administrator is responsible for providing an efficient clinical administration service, liaising with staff and colleagues, coordinating workflows, and ensuring high-quality patient care while maintaining Trust policies.
Where will the position be based?
The position will be based at John Radcliffe Hospital as part of Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
What skills are required for this position?
Excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload, and the capability to work in a pressurised environment are required. Initiative and flexibility are also essential.
Is experience with the Trust's Electronic Patient Record System (EPR) necessary?
No, knowledge of the EPR system is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

You will be working in a busy and pressurised environment, as part of an administrative team dedicated to quality and effective patient care.
Will I need to interact with patients and colleagues frequently?
