How many large payment transformation or migration projects should candidates have experience with?
Candidates should have been part of at least 2-3 large payment transformation or migration projects with Tier I/II banks in the APAC, Middle East, or Europe regions.
Which payment channels should candidates understand?
Candidates should have an understanding of Retail/Corporate Payment channels, AML/Sanction screening, Clearing & Settlement processes.
Are there any preferred systems knowledge or experience required for the role?
Preferably, candidates should have managed payment transformation programs related to top-tier payment systems like GPP, Clear2Pay, or Dovetail.
What kind of technologies should the candidate be conversant with?
Candidates should be conversant with Cloud Technologies, API-based integration technologies, and microservices-based architecture.
What type of documentation is the Payment BA expected to facilitate?
The Payment BA is expected to facilitate the business requirements gathering for creating RFPs, BRDs, and FS documents.
What is required concerning user acceptance testing (UAT)?
The Payment BA should have hands-on experience in translating requirements documentation into UAT user acceptance testing and should manage User Acceptance Testing of product changes through to production rollout.
