Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all activities and processes involved in a personnel pay and administration
  • Payroll Management: Accurately process and administer all aspects of payroll, including variable pay components and personnel transfers, within L'Oréal's payroll system. Ensure strict adherence to internal deadlines and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Maintain compliance with all applicable payroll regulations and reporting requirements.
