  • Collaborating with HR for verification of payroll changes, new starters, leavers and other amendments to the payroll.
  • Support the RPC dealing with external authorities such as local authorities, pension providers and other statutory regulators.
  • Investigating and resolving queries from employees on a timely basis.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of the payroll process in the NASA region.
  • Ensure timely and accurate administration of employee garnishments, insurances and taxes, ensuring proper withholding and remittance to appropriate agencies and authorities.
  • Work as a member of the wider Global Payroll Team.
