Responsibilities

  • Review and import hours from time and attendance system.
  • Work cooperatively with operating managers and Human Resources team to ensure the timecard and other payroll data is correct and on time.
  • Performs audits to maintain the accuracy of the payroll data.
  • Handles all processes with the pre-check of the off-cycle audit including, but not limited to the following: deductions, tax, and time off calculations.
  • Audits and adjusts distributes monies according to legal limitations on garnishments, child support, or levy.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming payroll correspondence via email and Service Now.
  • Audits and may adjustments for employee tax data with proper authorization and approvals.
  • Other payroll related tasks and reports as assigned.
