Responsibilities

  • - Lead initiatives designed to improve the success of students across the institution, focusing on non-continuation/completion rates, degree attainment and progression to graduate destinations.
  • - Support the delivery of the University's Access and Participation Plan and Access and Student Success Strategy and accelerate progress towards the strategy's targets.
  • - Work closely with faculties, schools and services across the University of Leeds in a flexible collaborative way to ensure our peer support schemes deliver high quality student experience.
