What is the primary focus of the SloMo2 study?
The SloMo2 study investigates whether SloMo therapy can be effectively delivered in real-world settings, assessing its implementation, effectiveness, and cost-effectiveness across three NHS Trusts, while emphasizing participants' experiences.
Where will the Peer Research Assistant be based?
The Peer Research Assistant will be based in the Research and Development department at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SPFT) in Hove.
Who will I be working with in the study team?
You will work closely with the PPI lead Dr. Sam Robertson, therapy lead Dr. Sarah Mansfield, and the Research Assistant Psychologist, as well as peer researchers at participating NHS sites.
What main duties will the Peer Research Assistant have?
Main duties include liaising with NHS staff to promote SloMo, identifying and recruiting participants, supporting informed consent, managing research data, conducting qualitative interviews, delivering presentations, and promoting Patient and Public Involvement.
