Responsibilities

  • Conduct a Data Quality Assessment
  • Conduct analysis to identify critical HCM opportunities, by analyzing current organizational patterns/trends, to enable better business decisions
  • Provide tailored recommendations on how to address key pain points / challenges identified in the key areas of strategic focus, based on based on client’s workforce data, industry benchmarks and industry best practices and ensure to provide methods to measure the results of your recommendations.
  • Create, manage, and optimize dashboards for executives and managers that help identify potential issues in key areas like overtime, turnover, compensation etc.
  • Advise on strategies/communication plan to rollout and drive organizational adoption/utilization
  • Enable clients to advance their strategies and deliver business outcomes, by providing guidance on which data to measure and creating and optimizing dashboards with the right parameters and assumptions
  • Assistance integrating 3rd party data and creating dashboards to get a complete view that includes budget, sales, revenue
  • Deliver a Quarterly People Analytics Review with actionable recommendations
