  • Strategic planning initiatives, organizational design, workforce planning, and ad-hoc issue resolution.
  • Driving global people initiatives, promoting adoption, and aligning with country/function-specific requirements.
  • Support and advise leaders on core people processes, including headcount management, engagement action planning, and talent/succession planning.
  • Devise, implement, and oversee people policies and processes tailored to specific countries/functions while maintaining alignment with global strategies and frameworks.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with People Leadership and the broader People Team to ensure effective planning and delivery.
