Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service as a case manager for HR Operations driving questions and tickets raised by employees to conclusion.
  • Case manage onboarding including inter-departmental collaboration for new starters from recruitment through to starting and ensuring right to work validation
  • Design, implement and administer HR business processes related to employee data management, benefits and leave administration, relocation services, and reporting
  • Oversee and continuously improve employee onboarding and off-boarding
  • Work closely with the People Tech team to spearhead improvements to our internal filing and employee data management systems
  • Manage HR vendors, including coordinating invoicing and maintaining relationships
  • Ensure accurate and timely administration and upkeep of People systems for performance management, training/development, and HRIS
  • Assist with documentation and updating of employee policies and procedures
  • Collaborate on projects, leading for People Ops, to continuously improve our processes, platforms and employee service
