Responsibilities

  • File all required documents to create and maintain personnel files, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Responsible for the timely completion of new hire paperwork for Corporate Hourly and all Salaried employees
  • Plan and conduct new hire orientation and weekly/monthly follow-up visits to ensure that recently hired employees have adapted successfully
  • Coordinate corporate hourly and salaried drug screens and process all non-driver background checks companywide
  • Adjudicates all backgrounds for criminal records and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) companywide per adjudication matrix and adjudication committee findings
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests; such as unemployment claims and hearings, employment verifications, Hotline complaint portal, etc.
  • Conduct Exit Interviews for all Corporate Hourly and Salaried employees
  • Administer weekly compliance audit for company-wide I9, e-Verify and WOTC (Work Opportunity Tax Credit)
  • Support People Teams with HRMS administration and reporting
  • Maintain, process, respond, and distribute HR invoices and mail accordingly
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned
