  • Previous experience using Oracle Fusion and OTBI

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and schedule regular and ad hoc reports, including interactive dashboards aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Develop strategic reporting requirements and enable self-service data access for People Teams and line managers.
  • Utilise data for trend analysis and ensure data integrity in all reporting processes.
  • Support data needs for downstream systems, maintaining governance standards for data quality and metrics.
  • Collaborate with end users to enhance data management, ensuring consistent use of KPIs and standard definitions.
  • Utilise data to drive Continuous Improvement across HR.
  • Propose and implement system improvements to maintain data integrity and highlight key metrics, trends, and risks.
  • Support various programs and activities, identifying and escalating potential risks while continually improving processes.
