The primary focus of the People Team Graduate program is to provide participants with comprehensive exposure to the entire People function within Arm, starting with a foundational experience in the People Hub.

The Graduate program begins in the People Hub, which is the first line response team that ensures Arm employees receive excellent service from the People Team.
What kind of team will I be working with during the initial phase of the program?
You will be working as part of a global team during the initial phase of the program to provide support and service to Arm employees.
How long is the initial rotation in the People Hub, and what will I learn?
The initial rotation in the People Hub lasts for 12 months, during which you will gain a solid understanding of the fundamentals of HR.
What can I expect after the initial 12 months in the People Hub?
After the initial 12 months, you will complete two further rotations, each lasting 6 months, in different areas of the People team, which may include People Technology, Reward, Talent Acquisition, or People Analytics.
What commitment does Arm make to participants in this program?
Arm is committed to providing a range of experiences and exposures throughout the program to help build a successful HR career, and they will work with you to find a longer-term role in the People Group after the 2-year rotation program.
How long is the entire Graduate program?
The entire Graduate program lasts for 2 years, which includes a 12-month initial rotation in the People Hub and two subsequent 6-month rotations in other areas of the People team.
Will I have the opportunity to switch areas within the People function?
Yes, you will have the opportunity to rotate into different areas of the People function after your initial time in the People Hub, allowing you to explore various aspects of Human Resources.
What types of roles may I transition into after the Graduate program?
