Requirements

  • Possess excellent analytical skills.
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office product suite, particularly Excel i.e. Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
  • Show enthusiasm and be team player.
  • Able to adapt to changing work demands.
  • Must be motivated and able to use own initiative.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verb

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining operational reports ensuring accuracy and timely production.
  • Undertaking ad-hoc analysis of data sets to identify patterns and trends.
  • Maintain our data catalogue ensuring data sets are accurate and fully documented.
  • Undertake periodic sense-checks and cleansing exercises of data sets.
  • Supporting the production of the monthly performance scorecard.

Mission & Purpose

Salix Homes is a multi-award winning social housing provider based in Salford, Greater Manchester. We began our journey in 2007 when we launched as an arms length management organisation (ALMO) operating on behalf of Salford City Council. In 2014 our tenants voted for us to take over ownership of their homes from the council. In March 2015 we officially moved away from the council and became a stand-alone Registered Provider (RP) responsible for providing the people of Salford with the high-quality homes they deserve.
