Responsibilities

  • Oversee a wide range of the CPO’s responsibilities, including office management
  • Manage the CPO’s complex calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments
  • Handle all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Act as a gatekeeper, filtering communications and handling correspondence on behalf of CPO
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external events, conferences, and workshops in close alignment with the CPO Office members and Corporate Communications
  • Collaborate with other Personal Assistants and business leaders to facilitate cross-functional activities
  • Support the CPO Office in operational projects as needed
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking for CPO
  • Serve as the first point of contact for key stakeholders, including senior executives, EMT and BoM Offices, and external partners
  • Liaise with the People & Culture leaders and teams across the globe to ensure alignment and seamless coordination
  • Handle sensitive people and business information with the highest level of discretion and integrity
  • Maintain strictly confidentiality regarding personnel and company matters
