Responsibilities

  • Manage key feeder factories in High Voltage Business unit
  • Implementing the global strategy in the Feeder factories, ensuring profitable and efficient operations
  • Responsible for implementing Operation excellence strategies focused on SQDIC to delivery improved customer experience and best product cost
  • Improving the manufacturing technologies and competencies in line with our Operations strategy
  • Work closely with Hubs/Operating units and supporting function such as HSE, Sales, SCM, Planning, Material Management, Transport & Logistics and Finance in developing Feeder Factories priorities
  • Responsible to champion a culture of Lean 6 Sigma and Continuous Improvement
  • Support the deployment of Digital manufacturing including the deployment of Digital Passport System
