Responsibilities

  • As a Physician Recruiter, you will recruit qualified Physicians and Advance Practice Providers (APP) for Ascension Medical Group. Please note this is an on-site/hybrid position and will require travel throughout the Austin, Texas (TX) area
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and the hiring team, providing timely feedback and support.
  • Attend in person interviews with the candidate.
  • Communicates with leaders and stakeholders regarding recruitment strategies and candidate status
  • Complies with employment laws and regulations in recruitment and hiring activities.
