Responsibilities

  • Provide Leadership to the Product Lifecycle Management Product Team.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and the architecture team, ensuring the product(s) remain fit for purpose, aligning to the strategy and capability roadmaps.
  • Lead Service Delivery to provide our Maritime customer a service that exceeds expectations, working with the team to ensure service standards are effectively implemented, incidents, service requests, & problems are managed through to closure.
  • Working with the PLM Delivery Lead, Partner with stakeholders to plan and deliver key projects and activities within agreed schedules.
  • Working with the PLM Operations Lead, lead Operational activities with the team ensuring services are appropriately patched, upgraded, available, supportable and cyber secure.
  • Take Ownership of the product(s), establishing an agreed pipeline, driving continuous improvement, overseeing financials, and representing the Maritime IM&T function for all matters PLM.
  • Manage services within Governance & Change Management frameworks.
