Responsibilities

  • Assurer le lancement des postes ILS du contrat
  • Réaliser les activités de LSA/ARM (ARM, études LSA, LSAR, définition STTE, définition des listes de rechange, etc) afin de garantir le respect des engagements, tout en maîtrisant les risques et les opportunités ;
  • Maîtriser les besoins de soutien (identification, allocation) pendant la durée du projet ;
  • Influencer la conception des produits du point de vue de LSA ;
  • Être responsable de la qualité des activités d’ILS et de la satisfaction du client et des maisons mères ;
  • Préparer les fournitures contractuelles au niveau système concernant les aspects LSA/ARM du système ;
  • Supporter le Responsable du Bureau par rapport aux activités LSA/ARM, incluant entre autres :
  • L’interface avec les responsables ILS des Clients ;
  • Les réponses aux questions des clients sur les exigences.
  • Assurer la validation et la présentation des fournitures contractuelles reçues des maisons mères d'Eurosam, en garantissant le respect des exigences contractées par Eurosam.
