  • Jij vervult verschillende rollen.
  • Als PMO word je gekoppeld aan één of twee portfolio’s of programma’s en een senior change professional, met als primair doel om hem of haar te ontzorgen op zo’n wijze dat de resultaten van de veranderopgave binnen budget en met goed resultaat worden behaald.
  • Na een heerlijke kop koffie (of thee), start je jouw dag met een overleg met de senior change professional.
  • Jullie nemen het programma van de week door om te kijken waar de focus gaat liggen.
  • Welke overleggen moeten voorbereid worden?
  • Welke rapportages zijn belangrijk?
  • Tevens zorg je samen met hem/haar voor een goede samenwerking en rolverdeling binnen de projectorganisatie.
  • Je bent daarbij de spin in het web.
  • In de ochtend faciliteer je aan een aantal overleggen met programma teams.
  • Je hebt alle informatie voorbereid en aan het einde plan je de vervolgstappen in.
  • In de middag stel je rapportages op, check je de voortgang van belangrijke acties of bereid je een presentatie voor.
  • Er zijn verschillende stukken opgesteld die je redigeert en je spart met communicatie over de beste wijze om de stappen in het programma te communiceren met de organisatie.
  • Andere middagen zit je samen met de andere PMO’ers in het Community of Practice.
  • Jullie delen praktijkervaringen en werkwijze om de rol van PMO naar een hoger niveau te brengen, of heb je nog een wandelbila met je leidinggevende.
