Responsibilities

  • Working closely with channel Sales, Finance, EMEIA POS Ops and key business partners, you will drive the success of POS Ops initiatives across Italy, Spain and Portugal countries.
  • You will focus on effective Programs coverage and planning, executing, monitoring and measuring customer experience at POS and developing key actions in order to enhance program quality, products presentation, visibility and effectiveness in store.
  • With a strong business acumen, you will provide direction to central and your POS Ops team members, building an understanding of how their roles contribute to the achievement of sales strategies.
  • Motivate and drive people to successfully deliver, embracing agility to deliver on common goals.
  • You will partner with channel sales team to define and ensure seamless execution of Apple programs initiatives at the point of sales across the various distribution channels and products given the business needs and business priorities.
  • The quality of the execution will be timely and flawless, consistent with the highest standards.
  • You will drive the merchandising readiness across branded programs doors during New Product Introduction: you will be accountable for and ensure best-in class quality of execution across Italy, Spain and Portugal.
  • You will be a doer and an enabler.
  • You will handle own workload and work independently while fostering collaboration within the team in a dynamic environment.
