Responsibilities

  • Your focus will be proactively harnessing untapped data in the client's network to ensure the delivery of exceptional services to the client, identify areas for cost-saving, and drive operational efficiency.
  • This will involve identifying data sources, implementing data capture and storage methodologies, and automating data pipelines from these various sources.
  • You will be responsible for developing automated and ad-hoc Power BI reports to provide invaluable insight to management, on how they may reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
  • This will involve providing training and support to end users on effectively using Power BI, and ultimately aiming to drive data literacy.
  • You will get involved in a range of projects and business processes, including working on budgeting and profit & loss analysis to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
  • You will also have the opportunity to look into leveraging AI and ML to further optimise data analysis and drive innovation.
  • You will constantly look for opportunities for improvement, including automating processes wherever possible.
