You must have a 2:1 or above degree in a relevant field, understanding of diesel engine operation, vehicle architecture, and emissions requirements. Experience with simulation systems, calibration tools, and excellent analytical skills are required. Strong communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are essential. Additional PhD, NRMM sector knowledge, and expertise in virtual calibration techniques are preferred.

You will develop powertrain calibrations, manage engine test plans, analyze system performance, conduct RCA, and collaborate with teams to deliver project objectives using AVL toolsets and processes.
