Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing (or equivalent amount of relevant professional experience).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in influencer management and outreach campaign strategies.

  • Agency experience, having worked on fashion/lifestyle accounts and/or experience in the retail apparel industry is an asset.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms Grin and Klear.

Responsibilities

  • Influencer & Ambassador Programs:
  • Develop and execute influencer / affiliate marketing strategies and creative campaigns that work across different channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest).
  • Spearhead influencer program logistics; briefs, contract negotiations, product selection, shipping, content approvals, posting in accordance with contracts, timely invoice processing in collaboration with brand PR agency partners.
  • Report on weekly / monthly / quarterly KPIs, including paid partnership and gifted targets, engagement in the consistent analysis of the effectiveness of all Psycho Bunny campaigns in order to maximize results.
  • Have a strong understanding of emerging influencer talent, contracting, and performance assessment.
  • Nurture ongoing sponsorship & partnership opportunities.
  • Media Relations:
  • Support the development and execution of innovative and impactful PR plans to secure favorable press coverage across fashion, lifestyle, business and trade publications; including product placements & feature stories as part of baseline PR initiatives and assigned projects.
  • Develop the creative development/production of press materials for product launches and key events/announcements.
  • Build editorial projects with key partners.
  • Facilitate strategic outreach initiatives to increase editorial brand visibility in the media, including large scale media events.
  • Work with stylists and costume designers to ensure Psycho Bunny products are featured in brand-right TV shows and movies.
  • Report on key metrics and efficacy of media efforts.
  • Build relationships with key media partners, working with external agency partners.
  • Public Relations:
  • Support events and activations by assembling and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, and developing schedules and assignments.
  • Analyze end of campaign performance, tying-back to campaign objectives and business goals, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
  • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users, brainstorm new and creative approaches to influencer campaigns, keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
  • Create global toolboxes for PR & Influencer marketing campaigns.
