This is a full-time position, but consideration would be given to a reduced/condensed hours contract.   Working within Long-term Conditions which comprises of:  Cardiology, Dermatology, Diabetes & Endocrinology, Long-covid services, Nephrology, Neurology & Neurophysiology, Respiratory & Rheumatology, the successful candidate will be able to contribute to several key areas and develop their own knowledge & skills. The initial focus for the successful application will be to lead and manage the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Cardiology Diagnostic pathways.  Supporting the delivery of safe, patient centred, high quality services achieving key performance targets -ensuring work schedules are efficient, reporting robust information and utilising all resources as productively as possible.  The role will lead and develop a team of Admin & Clerical staff and deal with operational issues on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be ambitious with excellent communication and engagement skills and have experience of leading staff, delivering targets, and dealing with day-to-day operational issues.  Experience in making improvements or running projects would be helpful but having the mindset of continuous improvement is vital.
