What is the primary responsibility of the Presales Security Expert Enterprise?
The primary responsibility is to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.
What experience is required for this position?
A candidate should have 5 – 8 years of experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer, along with 5 - 7 years of experience in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration.
What technical knowledge is necessary for this role?
A strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP, as well as knowledge of technologies like Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti-Virus is required.
What educational qualifications are preferred for this position?
A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required, and a Graduate Degree is favorable.
Is there training provided for new employees?
Yes, there is post-sales training assistance provided to identified customers.

The on-target earnings (OTE) for this full-time position is expected to be between $120,000 - $215,000 annually.
