Responsibilities

  • Define long-term vision & mission for your Payment products, uncover new investment areas which generate measurable P&L impact and look around corners to set us up for success. You work with our team to translate this into yearly plans and sequenced, iterative investments.
  • Manage and communicate regularly with other senior leaders in the business & product function to understand their roadmap and dependencies on Payments and big problems we have to solve across organizations, obtain buy-in, and drive successful implementation of product initiatives.
  • Raise the bar on data driveness and customer-focused mindset, and help us create the right metric framework to inspect performance and connect to macro-level company performance.
  • Evaluate and manage existing 3rd party partnerships within payments & fraud domains, assess new 3rd partnerships from a long term strategy perspective and look for opportunities for new partnerships with the main focus to drive seamless customer experiences and business success.
  • Provide guidance and support to foster collaboration, growth, and a culture of innovation among the entire HelloFresh Product and leadership team.
