Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to frontline, mid-level and senior leaders and employees
  • Demonstrate an understanding of how HR can support business growth and performance
  • Translate business and HR strategies into operational and actionable plans
  • Serve as a partner focusing on brokering solutions to business problems
  • Collaborate with company-wide HR functional partners such as Organizational Effectiveness, Employee Relations, Total Rewards and Global Talent to execute critical processes
  • Embrace and model core values to further advance the organizational culture; develop and implement strategies in support of diversity, equity and inclusive initiatives, employee engagement and retention
  • Execute project deliverables, exercise sound judgment and work collaboratively on multiple projects is critical in this role
  • Proactively anticipate employee relations issues, advocate for and drive to resolution
  • Provide timely counsel and coaching to reconcile concerns including internal investigations, corrective actions and coaching
  • Travel as needed up to 15%
