Responsibilities

  • - Work with key stakeholders from the business to identify the critical business requirements and to determine if the innovation path exists or can be integrated to improve business results.
  • - He will work with the business and IT teams to ensure that they have a clear understanding of what the market and IT suppliers are offering and participate in implementation initiatives.
  • - Drives the implementation of approved key/major functional projects/initiatives: new system functionality implementation, and major business process redesign.
  • - Provides estimate on costs, project resources planning and timelines.
  • - Manage the functional activities such as blueprinting, design, fit/gap and configuration, unit and integration testing, data migration.
  • - Ensure system integrity and performance.
  • - Validate the solution (get signoff).
  • - Ensure appropriate documentation is maintained.
  • - Acts as a senior business consultant to provide expertise both on a business process side and system functionality.
  • - Work proactively with the business to enhance/optimize existing business practices and to bring market best practices in designated area.
  • - Strive to investigate and bring forward new functionality (SAP or others) to the business that delivers added value and better meets the business requirements.
  • - Needs to build up on the Business partnership by developing relationships with internal customers to understand their needs and priorities and deliver timely and quality solutions to users while at the same time ensuring they utilize the full potential of the application and this has an innovation horizon defined.
  • - Be responsible for defining together with other IT groups the innovation and digitalization program in the Finance performance area, being up to date in the AI concepts, Machine Learning, Robotics, and other solutions.
  • - Participates in definition of solution innovation roadmap.
