Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain processes in a semiconductor fabrication facility
  • Developing and sustaining robust thin film deposition production processes for multiple product lines
  • Tool startup, process qualification, troubleshooting problems, supporting yield enhancement programs, cost and cycle time improvements, characterizing and releasing process improvements
  • Development of new thin film deposition processes and equipment evaluation
  • SPC control of thin film deposition processes and related equipment
  • Collaborate with your process engineer team, equipment engineers, manufacturing supervisors and upper management within all fab operations groups to complete tasks and projects.
