Job Description Summary Insitu has an immediate need for a Procurement Agent to support its Supply Chain Team. In this roll, you will perform a variety of procurement related tasks as an authorized agent and make purchases and commitments on behalf of Insitu. Primary duties include collecting and reviewing documentation, communicating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, and negotiating and managing purchase contracts within assigned product or service categories. Specific Responsibilities: * Assist with, or performs price analysis for standard, low volume materials and/or services contracts. * Collect data for sourcing needed materials and/or services * Develop request for quotes and source materials and/or services * Conduct source selection and contract negotiation * Review quote responses and select or recommend suppliers * Evaluate terms and conditions and flow down clauses to determine compliance * Prepare supplier contracts and required documents * Coordinate pricing and contract terms and conditions acceptance with suppliers * Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and purchase orders * Monitor supplier/subcontractor schedule, quality and delivery performance * Identify risks and assist with supplier improvement actions * Follow up on orders placed, verify delivery, and maintain documentation * Execute special projects as assigned Characteristics and Skills * Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and document supply chain data for review * Knowledge of general procurement practices and global supply chain * Ability to summarize and communicate critical needs or recommendations swiftly with internal stakeholders and external suppliers * Work to find creative solutions for issues that prevent delivery, quality, or cost effectiveness * Ability to negotiate with suppliers based on internal targets and critical needs Qualifications 0-2 years with Bachelor's degree This role will be hybrid onsite and remote with a minimum expectation to be onsite in Bingen, WA - 4 days a month.
