Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement operations support and helpdesk team members and resolve day-to-day issues / challenges.
  • Ensure procurement helpdesk is optimally handling and responding to inbound issues and support requests.
  • Support transactional purchases and business process tasks in line with agreed service levels and promote preferred buying channels through to pay.
  • Document and maintain SOPs, process documents and intranet pages.
  • Validate purchase requisition for accuracy, completion, required approvals and compliance with policy.
  • Support supplier registration process by proactively coordinating end-to-end and maintain supplier records and related documentation as current.
  • Maintain existing supplier catalogs and collaborate for new deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business process work-streams to resolve and reconcile issues.
  • Support in preparation of metrics and data analysis to observe process performance and health.
  • Collaborate with geographically distributed business process and application support teams to resolve technical issues and problems.
