Requirements

  • You have 3+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry in a data-intensive analytics role where you learned how to work with raw data
  • You have BA/BS/BE or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science or similar
  • You demonstrate exceptional SQL skills and have experience working with onsite data from Google Analytics via BigQuery
  • You have experience in data manipulation, ETL data pipelines and visualisation with Python. Additional experience in Databricks is considered a plus
  • You have a good understanding of quantitative analysis, as well as a strong business sense
  • You are familiar with dashboarding tools, such as Looker Studio or MicroStrategy
  • You have experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders and have excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • You’ll explore data to find actionable insights and make product and partner experience recommendations through different product analytics methodologies, including but not limited to funnel and cohort analyses, long-term trends, user segmentation, regression models, causal studies and quasi-experimental methodologies.
  • You’ll develop and automate reports, iteratively design and build dashboards to provide insights at scale
  • You will generate hypotheses and test them by performing descriptive, exploratory and quantitative analyses leveraging various statistical methodologies.
  • You’ll be the person when it comes to analyzing product data and supporting and guiding the team in getting valuable information they need for their projects and analysis.
  • You'll work with the Product Team and senior members of the team to define key performance metrics for the team to evaluate and monitor product performance. You will be a reliable partner for our product teams regarding the interpretation of KPIs and getting powerful conclusions. You know and are transparent about the advantages and limitations of different approaches and metrics.
  • You’ll work in a multidisciplinary team, together with product managers, designers, software engineers, applied scientists, and business analysts, to implement, document, validate, and monitor our logging and metrics, using tools like BigQuery & Databricks.
