Responsibilities

  • Engaging with key stakeholders to understand the business vision, requirements & priorities and helping to translate this into actionable insights
  • Build accessible, creative and engaging data visualizations to facilitate access to insights
  • Develop and curate unstructured data in collaboration with Data Engineering, Product and Operations
  • Refine, challenge and support requests from stakeholders and generate new data analyses
  • Lead data exploration projects, and help identify and define future insight and data needs to support various business initiatives
  • Own our data catalog for all Logistics dimensions, metrics and KPIs
  • Be an active player in working with and understanding the product end to end, its features and gaps and provide useful and necessary insights to the team to improve the product always
  • Ensuring proper AB testing for the features that we launch, sharing insights from the significance tests
