Responsibilities

  • Design & implement strategic client transformation engagements by actively collaborating with the client & the wider Citco business
  • Strong knowledge of the business and related experience within the specialized area (eg. Private Markets, Real Assets, Hedge, IR, Treasury, Middle Office etc)
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for transformation, ensuring a strategic and cohesive approach.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate the benefits and implications of transformation initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Business Analysts and broader project team to guide, teach, and impart specialized knowledge.
  • Assist with business requirements’ sign-off, testing, and development sign-off for initiatives in your specialized area.
  • Work directly with Business Development to play an active role in client pitches by effectively demonstrating and communicating Transformations Office’s expertise, best practices and technological solutions.
  • Highlight areas of risk, contribute to meetings and overall project reporting via the project manager.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to staying up-to-date on industry changes and technology advancements.
