  • Partner closely with teams across Product, Trust and Safety, E-Commerce, Public Policy, Creator, and Legal to craft and refine messaging that supports TikTok’s user product initiatives. Foster collaboration to ensure consistency in communication across various platforms and channels.
  • Lead the development of media strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. Prioritize tactics that showcase TikTok’s product innovations, discovery opportunities, and cultural impact. Scale messaging and toolkits across global audiences.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for media inquiries related to TikTok’s user products. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and aligned communication with the media, emphasizing TikTok’s strategic direction and product offerings.
  • Conduct continuous analyses of market trends, cultural shifts, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and anticipate challenges. Utilize these insights to adapt and refine communication strategies, ensuring TikTok remains competitive and responsive to market changes.
