Responsibilities

  • Develop and iterate user experiences across growth, retention, and physical experience (touching everything from website, to native apps, physical collateral, or campaigns).
  • Work alongside VP of Product, Head of Engineering, Head of Marketing, 4-6 engineers to prioritize scope, raise bar of customer experience, and deliver right-fit design solutions for customer problems.
  • Play an active design/product role in solutioning, greenfield design, and inter-sprint iterations for customer needs + opportunities.
  • Sometimes work on very broadly defined, loose concepts, and sometimes on narrowly defined, tactical features.
  • Work in an egoless agile environment, running rapid experiments while maintaining a high bar for quality craft.
  • Collect feedback through both research and experimentation to refine and evolve your designs, and gaps in customer experience.
  • Consider all parts when crafting end-customer experience: from copy to animation to business and brand impact.
