Responsibilities

  • Work together with the product manager and rest of the team to explore opportunities, understand user needs and translate those into experiments, solutions and, in the end, elegant interface designs
  • Organize user research with the support from the product manager and research team using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods to understand the needs of Pipedrive’s users
  • Analyze different data points to learn more about user behavior
  • Contribute to design vision in your area and to innovation through experimentation and user testing
  • Create and maintain deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, flows, etc.) to communicate ideas and validate solutions
  • Work closely with engineers throughout a project’s lifecycle, providing support, enhancing the user experience, and dealing with technical constraints
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders and your peers to communicate thought processes and deliverables together with your team
