Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and ongoing development of a catalog of marketing products, including branding assets, exhibition opportunities, sponsorships, activations, and custom integrations.
  • Develop and oversee the ongoing maintenance of accurate deliverables, descriptions, stakeholder identification, deadlines, pricing, and contract language for each of the 150+ products in the catalog.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to establish expense budgets for each product. Oversee the administration of those budgets, ensuring proper expense allocation.
  • Act as a liaison with internal departments to define product deliverables, assign fulfillment responsibilities, and ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Proactively identify and develop new products that reflect market opportunities and align with the company's overall initiatives. New products will create new revenue opportunities, serve client needs, and help to enhance the event attendee experience.
  • Work closely with account executives and account managers to understand client needs, provide product information, and develop customized marketing solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
  • Monitor and track product availability, communicate inventory status to sales teams, and support efforts to maximize sales of existing inventory.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials that effectively communicate product benefits and specifications to clients.
  • Act as the primary fulfillment manager for a subset of the product catalog, including a suite of "out-of-home" advertising products. Likewise, manage communication and contracting with vendors for this product subset to obtain quotes, define deliverables, and ensure the timely execution of product components.
  • Maintain accurate records of product procedures, pricing, and sales data in CRM and database software (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable).
