Responsibilities

  • You will determine product strategy in coordination with the respective supervising product manager/s.
  • Take actions toward market research, competitive analysis, and customer voice to gather insights that can help product decisions and strategy.
  • Support and collaborate with the sales team on sales opportunities, as well as active approach to explore new markets and customers.
  • Support, and follow-up with customer service teams, clients and/or regional sales teams.
  • Develop contractual scheme/s for wide-scope sales for the digital products under their scope. (corporate licensing, mass sale, reselling channels, etc.)
  • Collect and analyze users' feedback, prepare the action plan and execute with the support of the relevant required stakeholders (Product Managers, instructors, Subject Matter Experts or others)
  • Maintain all product knowledge hub (presentations, SCORM files or other formats, product sheets, outlines, checklists and other documents) in the agreed platform or library, ensuring clarity, structure and access to any required stakeholders (Instructors/designers, Training Coordinators, participants, Subject Matter Experts, etc.)
  • Review customer feedback on regular basis (content, applicability, system utility, others) to identify improvements opportunities and determine actions.
  • Monitor all e-Learning and digital products functionality, accuracy and technical issues; diagnose any technical issues and work with the systems team to ensure to overcome and solve any technical matters that may occur and customer usage impact.
  • Apply product content maintenance, along with the IATA standards (publications) as well as new product development such as design, branding, work with external vendors, and testing products.
  • Ensure all products are with current product sheets and equivalent web content and action on any necessary improvements.
  • Development and update tasks on exams, such as question banks, technical corrections, interacting with the ‘exam design’ team, designing, and testing exams.
  • Support any ad-hock projects of content development and enhancement such as videos, articles, case studies, simulations etc.
  • Work collaboratively and closely with IATA Training operations team to handle, maintain and resolve digital and distance learning product related activities.
  • Take appropriate steps to bring any open support content-related cases to resolution in a timely manner.
  • Ensure to support the relevant teams (systems, publishing) with the necessary product content in timely manner.
  • Provide support to maintain external stakeholder business relations, such as payment, vendor data, invoices, submissions, payment delays and interfacing with IATA finance department and/or other internal IATA departments.
  • Participate at internal or external meetings as necessary with sales, marketing, Subject Matter Experts, training operations, systems or any other interfacing party.
  • Collect and analyze various data elements from available resources (Sales Force, Power BI, Learning Management System, SAP, etc.) to support and prepare ‘product overview’ (presentations, graphs, spreadsheets) for internal or external needs.
