  • Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Own & maintain a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Lead product development efforts by working with Technology and Design teams and collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners (i.e. Risk, Control, Compliance, Legal) to ensure a strong risk and control environment
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Manage production support, issue & defect resolution, and prioritization
  • Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives
  • Publish regular executive reports summarizing the overall health of the product, industry and competitive trends and the voice of the customer
  • Partner across design, data, and tech to deliver large-scale initiatives
  • Deliver experiments that demonstrate quantifiable impact to operating expenses
