  • Set up, maintain and enhance product data within the PLM system and Line Plans, ensure seamless integration between connected systems for optimal data flow
  • Lead and monitor the product timelines, ensuring smooth execution within the creation team and related functions (e.g., supply chain, planning)
  • Organize and coordinate prototype review sessions with all relevant stakeholders
  • Lead the process for product testing during all product development stages with our athletes to support our brand and product Fitness For Use promise and consolidate test results in collaboration with the product owners
  • Enable data-driven decision making: ensure our product development is guided by real-time data, user feedback, and market insights and leverage data analytics to inform product decision making and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
