Responsibilities

  • - Develop and maintain a clear product/pod vision, strategy and roadmap, covering the full product lifecycle (including decommissioning, technical debt and infrastructure) together with key stakeholders and crew leadership.
  • - Gain expertise of business domain and understanding of technology stack for the applications in scope within the pod, so as to better plan and deliver on increments, and align products with the crew technology strategy.
  • - Drive new products and product changes iteratively together with cross-functional team members in the pod, as well as through collaboration with stakeholders from business, Operations, users, other pods and crews.
  • - Be responsible for Epic creation, support user story writing, prioritizing and managing backlog by setting out clearly aligned priorities.
  • - Represent the pod in various forums like check-in huddle, demand review, big rooms, and POCLAC etc.
  • - Support elaboration & lead execution along Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals.
  • - Manage sufficient product documentation and manuals for internal stakeholders.
  • - Ensures compliance of the product with risk (e.g. ORI, MER, KPC), security policies and architecture & technology standards. Ensure transparency of technical debt, explain to stakeholders and include in backlog prioritization, ensuring sustainable product viability. Supports audit requests/activities and is accountable that evidences for adherence/compliance are available and up-to-date.
  • - Handle all activities related to applications in the capacity of solution owner/manager.
  • - Ensures close collaboration with our Operations colleagues, oversee operational support, and service readiness according Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • - Problem solving, pro-active to raise red flags and timely intervention on items/dependencies/issues needing direction.
  • - Accompany the SDLC process throughout the development and release management process.
