Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Marketing Automation product strategy and roadmap that aligns with business objectives, HCP and customer needs.
  • Work closely with Business Owners and digital teams, define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for enhancements and bugs
  • Drive standard processes for marketing automation and lead path to revenue with People, Processes and Technology to build alignment between Sales, Marketing and Digital
  • Develop a consistent way of measuring performance, tagging and attribution, working closely with web analytics lead and Salesforce team
  • Lead and teach best practices to marketing product/platform users - develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials.
  • Support business with the development, implementation and management of automated workflows, lead scoring models, and automated marketing campaigns to optimize campaign ROI
  • Serve as a leader and subject matter expert in marketing automation, staying up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and AI advancements in the industry.
  • Monitor product performance metrics, gather customer feedback, and make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Represent the product internally and externally, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and value proposition to stakeholders and customers.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital product strategy and roadmap that aligns with business objectives on HCP engagement to win the recommendation.
  • Collaborate transversally with the relevant Business Lead and digital peers to achieve HCP engagement strategic objectives, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
